Core Requirements:

  • Flexible work schedule

  • Access to personal vehicle

  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and carry up to 30 feet

  • Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs. up to 30 feet

  • Able to stand and walk for a majority of 10 hour work shift

  • Follow cash handling and safety and security requirements

  • Adheres to City/State/Country safety requirements

  • Knowledge of and compliance with Human Resources polies and procedures

Job Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service environment

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Positive, energetic, team player

  • Basic math and accounting skills

  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

  • Good oral/written communications skills

  • Strong analytical/decision-making skills

  • Basic computer literacy

SUMMARY: Project Managers provide business and technical leadership for one or more projects within the Franchise, leading project teams through the identification, justification, prioritization, initiation, development and implementation processes. * Preform financial analysis including market research, cash flow, and capital and project costs. * Collaborate with the appropriate functional teams and Sr. PMO personnel to develop and negotiate contracts. * Ensure communications occur with stakeholders and partners. * Participate in organizational issue resolution. * Lead the core team to define the milestones to achieve the launch date commitments and identify issues and risks associated with those plans. * Head the team in the utilization of medical device product lifecycle management processes. * Lead the formation of the core team and its ability to deliver the project. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Accountable for core team performance, project schedule and execution, budget commitments and spend * Leads team in defining project strategies, developing goals, and ensures project scope is defined and controlled * Continuously interacts with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders * Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and leads core team in the proactive management of risk response strategies * Anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and manages conflict situations to result in win-win outcomes * Leads core team to identify and implement continuous improvement REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Bachelors of Science in Engineering or Science degree * 10 years previous medical device product life cycle experience * 5 years project management experience with demonstrated success leading multi-site, projects. * MS Project required * PMP certification is desired * PMI or IPMA or equivalent certification desired * Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices and Product Development Demonstrated competencies in all aspects of project management * Ability to develop others Kelly Services, Inc.
