You are hospitality focused, you lead your team by example, manage and develop those around you and deliver world class service. As Restaurant General Manager you will plan and manage employee relations and operations of the Food and Beverage divisions to achieve high level of guest satisfaction and superior experiences to all customers (guest, employees, corporate and owners satisfaction) and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Our ideal candidate is someone with at least 5+ years General Management experience in a full service, high volume restaurant establishment, has extensive front and back of the house knowledge and advanced knowledge of financial aspects. You are someone who has strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills and has excellent communication skills and high level fine dining expectations.
Skills and Abilities:
Requires thorough knowledge of the restaurant/hotel practices and procedures in order to perform non-repetitive analytical work. May require knowledge of policies and procedures and the ability to determine course of action based on these guidelines.
Supervision/ management communication skills are required. Requires ability to investigate and analyze current activities or information and make logical conclusions and recommendations. Ability to make occasional decisions which are generally guided by established policy and procedures.
