Title of Position: General Manager
The General Manager sets the standard for service expectations by overseeing the Restaurant Manager and the Kitchen Manager. This General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience from start to finish, positively coaches and councils managers and staff to obtain the highest quality of service in all aspects of the restaurant. Our General Manager will be expected to demonstrate skill and care when selecting, scheduling, coaching, developing, mentoring, managing and leading their team in accordance with our First Commitment: People, Our Greatest Resource.
