Qualifications & Skills: 2 years management or supervisory experience in hospitality 2 years casual dining or full service restaurant management experience strongly preferred ServSafe, local and state certifications, local bartending license, or the ability to obtain required Stress management/composure Proven leadership and time management skills Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills Must be a minimum of 18 years of age Position may include walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling or moving objects up to 50 pounds Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment ZRVE
