Restaurant Digital & Catering Manager

Job Description Job Description Restaurant Digital & Catering Manager / Off-Premises Operations Manager We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Restaurant Digital & Catering Manager / Off-Premises Operations Manager to lead and optimize our catering, takeout, and digital ordering channels. This role is perfect for someone passionate about enhancing guest experiences, driving sales growth, and improving operational efficiencies in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

What You’ll Do: Oversee and enhance catering services, phone-in orders, and first/third-party digital ordering platforms. Develop and implement strategies to increase off-premises sales and streamline operations.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and IT teams to drive digital engagement and order fulfillment. Analyze sales data and guest feedback to improve service and maximize revenue. Train and support restaurant teams in delivering exceptional off-premises experiences.

Two days per week you will be working in one of our restaurants spread around the state of Georgia What We’re Looking For: 2 years of experience in off-premises sales, catering, or hospitality operations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of digital ordering platforms and third-party delivery services is a plus.

Ability to travel locally (20%) and work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
