Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and expanding Little Caesars delivery channel by working with e-commerce development teams, delivery partners, Digital operations, restaurant operations and marketing. This role will own the ongoing relationship with delivery partners and our integration vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the health of each delivery channel and partner. Evaluate each vendor's performance including store coverage and status, driver availability, wait and delivery times, delivery accuracy and more. Establish the standard approach for communicating delivery performance to business stakeholders.

  • Plan and oversee the integration of new third-party delivery partners, domestic and international, into the Little Caesars e-commerce and POS platform. This includes usage of delivery partners for delivery orders originating from the Little Caesars e-commerce platform as well as orders originating from third-party marketplaces.

  • Determine best approach for dealing with complexities and anomalies in marketplace integrations such areas as taxes, menu management, promotion management, reporting and store listing management.

  • Identify and drive to resolution issues with delivery partners. Work closely to coordinate and manage issues between the e-commerce operations teams, middleware vendor, developers, and the delivery partners. Establish and maintain support escalation paths so the internal support teams have a point of contact at all times.

  • In support of delivery projects, communicate integration requirements to development team Product Owners and assist them with drafting product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Act as point-person for the relationship between LCE and our delivery partners. Hold delivery partners accountable for meeting contractual obligations and achieving performance goals.

  • Ensure all necessary groups and departments are effectively included and communicated with as the delivery grows and changes including the go-live of new partners, activation of new restaurants and restaurant ownership changes. Ensure e-commerce product management, marketing, training, customer service, and communications have what they need to be successful.

  • Develops, owns, and executes product roadmaps with supporting timelines. Plan changes and improvements to our delivery offering including new feature implementations, onboarding new partners and technology improvements. Work in conjunction with the internal development team, delivery partners and middleware providers.

  • Track the sales of each delivery channel against targets. Work with marketing and delivery partners to drive sales growth.

  • Identify and establish relationships with potential new third party delivery partners and on-board them.

  • Provide organizational leadership to medium sized projects (up to 52 FTE weeks) being responsible for overall success of the project including:

  • Evaluating resource allocations and identifying needs and gaps.

  • Developing timelines and tracking progress against them

  • Ensure all the roles within a project such as analysts, developers and QA are coordinated and supporting each other to ensure the project's overall success

  • Proactively identifying project and team risks and developing mitigation strategies

  • Ensure timely and accurate communication within the team as well as across other IT teams and other departments

  • Proactively identify and help to refocus the team's efforts when projects are off-course or not technically feasible and ensure that all necessary voices are being heard during decision making

  • Evaluate data, consumer feedback and internal feedback to develop insights and tactics to improve the Little Caesars delivery offerings. Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, engineering, partners and vendors to advise on product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.

  • Work with delivery partners, restaurant operations and development teams to implement improvements.

  • Act as a role-model to colleagues and model a standard of excellence that supports a culture of high performance

  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, defines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.

  • Provide thought-leadership and innovative ideas for the furthering of the product(s)

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's (BA or BS) in business, computer science, or related field

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management or restaurant operations.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the QSR industry.

  • Understanding of the delivery market landscape and how marketing, pricing and delivery performance impact the business.

  • Consistent demonstration of strong analytical skills and abilities to develop solutions and alternatives that meet business goals.

  • Maintains strong relationships across and outside of your organization and regularly collaborates with multiple cross-functional teams.

  • Consistent demonstration of effective verbal and written communication skills. Consistent demonstration of the ability to listen and communicate technical and non-technical information to a wide variety of audiences. Comfortable working with partners across the globe in a variety of timezones.

  • Consistently self-motivated, curious, and creative in approach to technology and business.

  • Demonstrate a proven track-record of successfully driving projects and tasks to completion while showing organization and coordination with other groups or resources. Ability to adjust and course-correct when facing obstacles and unexpected issues.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Working Conditions:

  • Works in a normal office environment where there is no physical discomfort due to temperature, noise, dust and the like.

  • Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers).

  • Some travel including travel to restaurant locations, vendor locations and trade shows. This position requires the ability to adhere to the LCE Travel policy.
