Job Overview: The Restaurant Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of restaurant construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations, and maintaining safety standards throughout the construction process. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of restaurant construction, from initial design to final build-out.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met. Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure the project aligns with the restaurant’s vision and brand. Hire, supervise, and coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction. Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
Qualifications: Proven experience in construction management, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong project management and organizational skills. Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
