• Assist the General Manager in achieving sales initiatives and delivering excellent customer service.

• Oversee both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations according to system-wide standards and procedures.

• Act as the initial point of contact for hourly employees’ questions and concerns, escalating complex issues to the General Manager.

• Coordinate catering events.

• Monitor sales, costs, events, and parties, and report any concerns to the General Manager.

• Manage scheduling responsibilities. You should possess

• At least 1 year of experience as a salaried manager in quick-service restaurants (QSR), casual dining, or full-service environments.

• A stable work history that demonstrates career progression.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with skills in working with budgets, basic profit and loss (P&L) knowledge, and scheduling.

• A desire to be part of a winning team.
