a day in the life
As the Technology Manager, in the Responsible Supply Chain team you will be responsible for the execution of the RSC (social and environmental) risk resiliency and technology system. Partnering with lululemon Technology and Sourcing teams you will oversee planning, designing, and delivering against the tech system project deliverables and milestones while helping to enable business priorities, including supply chain growth and resiliency through social and environmental risk identification and management. You will work with the tech team and potential systems platforms (including existing systems) to create solutions for RSC risk management, identify systems architecture, establish integration to required internal and external systems and build out and test functionalities with the RSC team to ensure social and environmental data collection, analysis, insights and reporting needs and requirements are met.
responsibilities
Manage the RSC risk resiliency and technology system build and partner with lululemon Technology Team to build detailed project plans, charters, including integration touchpoints, dependencies, and sequencing
Act as a focal point for understanding, gathering and prioritizing the RSC data collection, analysis and reporting needs and high level functional requirements
Establish, evaluate and monitor performance against project metrics and milestones (including KPIs, and supporting metrics) for all areas of project to ensure performance targets are achieved while continually looking for ways to enhance delivery, reduce costs, drive productivity, better leverage resources, and increase efficiency
Provide line-of-sight to the project and functional leadership to issues, risks, and required decisions across the project deliverables
Maintain consolidated resource and timeline views across the project including managing and tracking of project budget, change requests, and intake management
Partner with the Technology organization to ensure the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the project scope
Collaborate with and oversee 3rd party partners based on specific project scope of service requirements
Develop presentation content and support executive-level updates and business reviews
Ensure the project team works closely with peers across Global Supply Chain, Sourcing, Sustainable Business and Impact and RSC Teams, ensuring alignment and consistency in planning, management and execution
qualifications
Bachelors in Business, Engineering, or technical area required
MBA or other Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 8-10+ years' experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field
Experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage highly complex and cross-functional projects , appreciation of and experience in managing roll out of technology projects and programs is a plus
Ability to understand and manage across dependencies, integrations, resource constraints, and business priorities while facilitating timely decision-making and approvals
Ability to operate effectively and interact at all levels in the organization to drive decision making and alignment across project teams, functional areas, and executive leadership
Strong communications skills, must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms to different audiences including senior level management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
