Schedule:
Responsibilities include:
Assessing and treating inpatients and outpatients requiring airway assistance and administering diagnostic procedures.
Complete vent management, transport, conscious sedations, and blood gas analysis
Ability to share input and discuss orders with providers to meet patient needs
Support a Level III NICU, Level II Trauma Center and 28-bed Gold Beacon ICU
Mentor for new graduates that start their careers with our team
Qualifications:
Graduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through CoARC)
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) within two years of hire
Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy, can be obtained upon hire
NICU/Pediatric specialists must be certified by the Neonatal Resuscitation Program, can be obtained within unit
