This is a full-time position with day and night shifts available , including rotating weekends, offering competitive pay, generous bonuses, and relocation assistance (case by case). Your Role as an RRT - Responsibilities As a Registered Respiratory Therapist , you’ll provide expert respiratory care to patients in need. Here’s what you’ll do: Patient Care:

Set up and administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages. Operate acute care ventilators for continuous short- and long-term mechanical ventilation. Emergency Response:

Respond quickly to emergencies, providing critical respiratory support and interventions. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate department and hospital records, entering therapy details into the hospital’s electronic system. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols. Team Leadership:

Act as a self-directed professional in the absence of the Team Leader, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care. What We Offer Competitive Pay: $27.42–$36.95/hour, based on years of experience. Night Shift Differential: $3.25/hour for night shifts.

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 for both day and night shifts. Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis.

Experience:

At least 1 year of recent acute care RRT experience (within the last year or current). CRT experience will also be considered. Education: Completion of an accredited respiratory care program. Certifications: Current Florida RRT license (or eligible for state licensure). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
