The Campus to Careers team within Talent Acquisition at National Grid is responsible for the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and program management for three key programs: Intern Program, Graduate Development Program, and Leadership Development Program. These programs seek to attract and develop high quality talent to meet the short term and long-term business needs of an ever-changing energy industry.
We are looking for a Resourcing Specialist to support the Graduate Development Program & Leadership Development Program. The ideal candidate will be energetic, a self-starter, proactive, and have experience with managing multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Help manage high-volume selection process for both the Graduate Development Program (GDP) and Leadership Development Program (LDP) including hiring manager intake meetings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, managing the online assessment process, conducting phone interviews, facilitating in person interview weeks for both programs, extending offers, and dispositioning candidates. Manage ongoing candidate relationship from offer acceptance to start date, providing a superior candidate experience
Develop and cultivate relationships with various educational institutions; maintain relationships with students, faculty and staff. Continuously build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders
Collaborate with the Campus to Careers team and internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers, HRBPs, Executives) to determine business needs and develop creative strategies to achieve goals
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Bachelors Degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or other related field required
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of within Talent Acquisition, preferably with Campus recruiting
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external clients
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to build strong relationships and networks
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and follow up and exceptional time management
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment and undertake tasks with limited supervision
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to evaluate, produce routine reports and make recommendations based on analysis (could be temp to perm)

Position Summary: This position will be responsible for content strategy and creation to support our digital marketing data science programs. This individual will work with marketing stakeholders to create a content plan, identify content that can be re-purposed and/or create new content to fill a content gap to deliver a holistic digital marketing customer journey to nurture the customer through a multi-channel approach. The Digital Marketing Content Specialist will work with the owners of key digital marketing channels (email, search, social, display, web) and make recommendations on custom segments. Responsibilities Include: The main duties of this individual will be to support various projects within the Digital Marketing team. This would include, but not be limited to: * Create high-quality and engaging customer-centric content to support digital marketing data science programs in a multi-channel environment. * Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ideate, plan, execute, and optimize customer journeys. * Educate and socialize through the organization the importance of content and deliver upon driving a change in behavior in our marketers to deliver more effective and targeted digital marketing customer-centric content. * Perform content gap analyses and work to fill identified gaps that will drive customers more effectively through the customer journey. * Work with the internal creative services team and divisional operations to effectively curate and manage content assets enabling simple updates and repurposing to target relevant audiences that will increase revenue and improve conversion. * Lead operating mechanisms to share content development plans and execution with various stakeholders. * Drive effective strategies for content creation and lead generation with a focus on data and metrics to leverage various digital marketing channels (email, internal merchandising, social search). * Analyze digital marketing content performance, traffic to the website, and engagement with social/ 3rd party sites to optimize and accelerate revenue. * Exercise a data-centric approach to gather user insights and use data to improve the type of customer that is targeted through personas and segmentation. * Working with the Marketing Analytics team to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels through KPI management and ROI marketing metrics.
