Resource WFM Analyst I/II-onsite in Virginia Beach-VA, Mason-OH, or Tampa-FL

Resource WFM Analyst I

Responsible for monitoring and assigning inventory and shifting priorities and resources to ensure target metrics are achieved.

Primary duties may include, but not limited to:

  • Develops and provides presentations for leadership.

  • Ensures assigned work is complete.

  • Conducts meetings with leadership to discuss strategy, issues, and results.

  • Identifies and communicates issues or unusual trends in inventory.

  • Manages resources based on inventory need; updates schedules.

Resource WFM Analyst II

Responsible for all of the duties of a Resource WFM Analyst I, as well as performing real-time analysis and scheduling functions determined by current business need. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Gathers data and structures reporting to service business needs.

  • Completes full root-cause analysis on inventory issues and develops action plan.

  • Designs and manages staff scheduling system.

  • Creates and implements inventory reduction plans.

  • Empowers processing teams through training and knowledge sharing.

Resource WFM Analyst I requires:

  • AA in Business, Statistics or a related field

  • 2 years of experience in operations, inventory management, or scheduling and forecasting in a claims or call center environment

  • or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Must have ability to partner and communicate with all areas and levels.

  • FACETS and/or WGS claims processing experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required (especially pivot tables and comparing formulas)

  • Macro exposure preferred.

  • Experience prioritizing to meet set target dates and goals preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills required.

  • Excellent organization, critical thinking skills and attention to detail required.

  • Ability to work independently required.

Resource WFM Analyst II requires:

  • BA/BS in Business, Statistics or a related field

  • 2 years of experience in operations, inventory management, or scheduling and forecasting in a claims or call center environment

  • or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Deliverables include technical evaluations, system prototyping, full life cycle software development (e.g. multi-platform coding, architecture documents, technical recommendations, and technology assessments). This role leads solution architecture across multiple analytical projects, collaborates with business and IT partners and participates in architecture governance activities. Here is what you will do: * Implement UI feature-function for anthem analytic platform * Develops the architecture frameworks required to implement large complex cross-functional analytic projects * Collaborates with IT delivery teams and ensures that the delivery of platform components aligns with the needs of those consuming teams * Prototypes, and in some cases fully develops software components for reuse across IT delivery teams.
