Resourcing Administator 1
Responsible for collecting, maintaining and ensuring the quality of resource allocation data for the Regional Monitoring Group staff members to support resource management
Regional Monitoring Group expertise.
gaps, overlaps and issues that relate to the data required.
Communicates with the Regional Monitoring Group management team and operational departments on resource needs and identifies options to fill those needs.
Acts as liaison to management team and operational departments to establish and standardize data collection and resourcing processes.
Designs and revises forms and reports for data collection. In consultation with VP and Directors, develops metrics and statistics to measure performance of the resource
process and assists in evaluation and interpretation of those metrics.
An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years office-based employment experience preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience using and analyzing computerized information systems required; experience with PC-Windows, word processing, relational database design
and development and electronic spreadsheets required.
Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is an asset.
Experience with resource management tools preferred.
Clinical trials support or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
