We are recruiting for a Delivery Planner to join our Operational Management Centre on a full time basis!
What you'll be doing:
Acting as a business expert for planning, you will analyse the operational forecast, to understand workload and resource gaps across Water and Water Recycling. You will use known operating parameters to create a plan to minimise the risk.
In this role you will present the operational forecast and known options to key stakeholders, and collaboratively create a delivery plan to ultimately reduce workload resource gaps and risks, so that we can be as prepared as possible for the operational challenges our business faces. An achievable delivery plan is then delivered to the Tactical Planning teams. You will work alongside others to ensure and maintain good quality data and understanding of issues workload or capacity.

What does it take to be successful?
Ideally, you'll have a strong working knowledge of an operational or operational support environment, with a solid understanding of operational risk you will also have experience of:
Planning and forecasting principles
Highly skilled in IT, with particular emphasis on data gathering and data manipulation through SAP, ALM, Excel and Access.
A solid understanding of data structuring in SAP ALM and the ability and experience of modelling with multiple parameters.
An understanding of budgetary and financial issues is desired
Able to manipulate and present data to stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is always keeping a positive approach.
Strong prioritising and decision-making skills, and be able to show initiative, working on their own, or as part of a team.
