Proactively forecasts and maintains knowledge of projects across the team, building strong relationships with Client engagement, Delivery and Campaign Program Management.
Has a pulse on the overall health and happiness of the book of business, ensuring any talent concerns are escalated to leadership through the appropriate channels Alerts leads of any potential concerns or issues in meeting key client deliverables due to resourcing and makes recommendations to resolve When internal options have been exhausted, identifies needs for freelance talent, manage relationships with staffing partners, in support of recruiting the best in the industry to support short-term needs Works with the Talent team to on-board new hires and freelancers Works with delivery and project management leads to ensure internal resourcing platform (RAFT) is up to date Continuously strategizes new ideas for process improvements and better ways to foster a connected and inclusive agency culture. Collaborates with leaders to improve resourcing tools, reports and other data sources used to help with the optimization of talent. Is a ninja when it comes to balancing the talent requirements, availability, and the financial considerations that make up casting the right talent.
