This is a rare opportunity to join our dynamic Park City Talent Acquisition Team. The ResortRecruiter partners with hiring managers, human resources operations and the enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition team to effectively staff Park City Resort. This individual is responsible for maintaining strategic business relationships and in-depth understanding of the business as well as achieving talent delivery expectations. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Relationship Management:

  • Develops deep understanding of Park City Resort operations while acting as a strategic partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

  • Acts as local point of contact and TA subject matter expert to business operations and human resources.

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with community partners.

Delivery Management:

  • Responsible for delivery of year round and seasonal staffing needs, including sourcing, screening, selection and application processing through the applicant tracking system.

  • Brings creative and progressive staffing proposals / initiatives to the team; executes on approved proposals and project-manages any new initiatives.

  • Plans and executes job fairs, local college/university recruitment, and social media recruiting.

  • Participates in strategic employment marketing and branding initiatives.

  • Partners with TA managers and hiring managers to execute a coordinated international recruitment program.

  • Engages applicants in a friendly and professional manner consistent with Vail Resorts values; provide support to walk-in, electronicand telephone candidates.

  • Manages and organizes a high-volume work load while multitasking.

  • Functions under strict timelines, performing often repetitive tasks and communicates consistently to all stakeholders.

  • Ensures each candidate has a positive recruiting experience with our organization.

  • Utilizes daily reports to manage and organize a high-volume work load.

  • Serves as subject matter expert on internal hiring processes and systems.

  • Participates as an active member of the local Human Resources team.

Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: * Provide superior service to our customers at all times; interact with customers in a pleasant and professional manner. * Open bar facilities; stock and set-up bar for service. * Mix and serve drinks to customers and/or wait staff. * Ensure that all bar staff adhere to state liquor laws and regulations. * Determine when customers should not be served liquor. * Perform cashier duties: set up cash drawer, take payments, return correct change, cash out at the end of each shift, etc. * Help maintain inventory levels by alerting direct supervisor of low-inventory items.  * Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: * Must be at least 21 years of age – required. * Must have a valid Food Handler’s Permit & SIPS/TIPS or SMART certificate – required. * High School Diploma/GED – required. * At least 1 year of relevant bar, night club, and/or food service experience – required. * Excellent foundational knowledge and skills related to bar set-up and drink preparation – required. * Neat appearance and strong customer interaction skills – required. * Ability to deal with customers in a courteous and efficient manner – required. * Ability to deal effectively with all patrons – required. * Excellent knowledge of state liquor regulations – preferred. * Good basic administrative and math skills – required. * Familiarity with liquor inventory control – preferred.
