Job Description: Respond to Project Turns in a timely fashion and demonstrate a courteous, and professional attitude dealing with residents. Safely perform minor drywall repairs and patching. Have strong knowledge of paint and stain products, and paint and stain application techniques. Read and comprehend work-order details regarding project scope and material budgets.

Salary: $500-1000/per day

Responsibilities

  • Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
  • Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
  • Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Must have your own equipment, tools, ladders, and reliable transportation
  • Must have a minimum 2 years of related work experience
  • Must be able to effectively communicate details to Project Managers
  • Proven experience as a painter
  • Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them
  • Conscientious with great attention to detail

As our Institutional Turn Coordinator, you will manage the tasks in the turnover process and provide the task assignments for utilities, vacant home marketing, and the field inspectors. <br><br> You will report to the Maintenance Manager, to ensure the steps in the turn process are completed timely and correctly. Lastly, you will perform the following duties: track, report, manage timeline in all steps of vacancy process, from resident notice to vacate, to the new resident move-in. You will assign field tasks to Field Inspectors, Turn Vendors and Contractors while ensuring timely completion. You will review turn tracking/timelines and take actions to improve performance while working closely with the Leasing/Underwriting team on timeline expectations.</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS FOR A TURN COORDINATOR</p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li><li><p>1+ years of residential property management or maintenance coordination experience required</p></li><li><p>Ability to work with various technology platforms (Cloud based systems)</p></li><li><p>Intermediate experience using MS Office applications and G-Suite</p></li><li><p>Must have a valid driver's license, reliable mode of transportation, and automobile insurance</p></li></ul><p>Do you have a high level of critical thinking/problem solving skills?
