Residential Support Advocate
Members will provide full-time mentoring, coaching, out-of-school time, facilitate informal group activities /problem solve with youth, provide independent living skills training, and engage family involvement of children and youth, their parents, and caregivers. This includes training and support to children and youth that are at the residential campus.
Members will also facilitate informal group activities, provide independent life skills training, and engage in family involvement. Members will assist volunteers in event planning, childcare during support groups and trainings, assisting with secondary education preparation (assisting youth with financial aid applications), providing employment services and financial literacy. Members will complete various training courses related to professional development, CPR / First Aid training and volunteer engagement. Further help on this page can be found by clicking here.
