For success in this role of Residential Service Plumber, you'll excel at diagnosing, troubleshooting, and expertly repairing or replacing pipes, tanks, drains, and other essential plumbing equipment. You will be tasked with both sales and service duties on all calls.

Responsibilities of our Residential Service Plumber:

• Skillfully complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and related service requests.
• Address issues with pipes, tanks, and water fixtures through effective repairs.
• Install a range of systems, including pipes, drainage, sinks, toilets, and heating/cooling systems.
• Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve leaks and other potential problems.
• Cultivate rapport with customers, offering recommendations for suitable products and services.
• Educate customers on optimal finance options and maintenance plans.
• Showcase professionalism and knowledge to secure new referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, along with a well-inventory truck.
• Engage actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices, ensuring swift and accurate repairs and installations.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in managing invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.

Requirements of our Residential Service Plumbers:

• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Plumbing Experience, Residential preferred.
• Previous on-the-job plumbing sales experience is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete post-job duties.
• Passion for fixing plumbing issues.

• Highly motivated, with a great attitude toward life.
• Ability to work an on-call rotation.
