We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Service Plumber with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of installations. Identify and troubleshoot issues in plumbing systems.

Implement effective solutions to resolve problems, ensuring optimal system functionality. Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installations. Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.

Perform tests on plumbing systems to verify proper functioning. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns. Provide excellent customer service while on-site, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Complete accurate and detailed job-related documentation, including work orders, service reports, and time sheets. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and the team. Stay informed about industry best practices and updates in plumbing technology.

Requirements: Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in plumbing installation. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship completion preferred. Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and technical specifications.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks.
