Lumina Solar is looking for a Roofing Repair Technician to join our Energy Services team in Pennsylvania.

The Roofing Technician will play a multifaceted role in our roofing operations, encompassing not only roof leak investigations but also conducting thorough roof surveys, performing maintenance tasks, and executing repairs with precision and expertise. This versatile individual will be instrumental in upholding the integrity and longevity of our clients' roofing systems.

In this role, you'll get to:

• Conduct comprehensive roof surveys to assess conditions, identify leaks or issues, and determine necessary repairs or replacements

• Perform thorough investigations to pinpoint the source of roof leaks

• Complete repairs to the highest quality standards

• Implement control standards and processes to ensure all roofing services meet company and industry standards

• Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and standards

• Acting as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing concerns

• Gaining knowledge and experience in solar installation and maintenance

• Adhere to all of Lumina Solar's company policies and ensure that all safety protocols are followed

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• Minimum of 1 year of roofing experience, including roof surveys, leak investigation, and roof maintenance/repair

• Solar experience is beneficial but not mandatory

• Experience and comfort working in attics and confined spaces

• In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices

• Proven track record of reliable attendance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols within the roofing industry

• Dedication to maintaining the highest safety standards on every job

• A valid driver's license is required for all positions at Lumina Solar

Schedule/Pay:

• Work hours are from 6:00 am until completion (Position eligible for overtime paid at time and a half)

• The team gathers at the Palm, PA warehouse at 6:00 am for daily team huddles, review of the day's job log, and truck loading

• You will utilize a company vehicle to travel to job sites for inspections and repairs. The travel radius extends up to 2 hours from the Palm, PA office

• Additional travel may be required at the request of management, depending on workload and team availability

• Compensation is paid on an hourly basis, from the time you clock in at the warehouse until the time you return to the warehouse and clock out
