Residential Roofing Estimator

Four Twelve Roofing is looking for a Residential  Roofing Estimator to join our team! We are looking for someone who has at least 2+ years experience in construction (doing estimates is a plus!), construction project management experience and an understanding of roofing systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Roofing estimating experience
• Proficient in all types of roofing systems, including single-ply, built-up, metal, shingles and other accessories
• Proficiency in understanding roofing systems
• 1-3 years of work experience in commercial/ residential construction
• Ability to read blueprints/plans and perform measurements and take offs using modern software take off programs (On Screen Take Off, Stack, BlueBeam, etc.)
• Climb ladders and walk roofs 
• Smart phone with quality data plan
