Description
FLOOR360 has an excellent opportunity for a Residential Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would have previous experience as Project Manager, Estimator, Superintendent, Foreman or have other relevant construction experience. This person must be organized, motivated, detail orientated and results driven.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the on-time and accurate completion of residential projects of all sizes. You are responsible for attending required job-site meetings, ensuring installers are on-site, on-time and completing work to the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for working with our warehouse and delivery teams to ensure the right material is on the job-site when needed for installation. You'll be responsible for communicating changes and needs back to the sales team to create quotes for change orders to complete the job when necessary.
Review checklists of residential flooring and tile projects for quality and accuracy to plans
Inspect materials on-site for quality and damage
Complete issue reports or claim forms to take corrective measures
Contact flooring installers or subcontractors to schedule repairs if necessary
Complete GoFormz by taking photos and filling in required information on the app
Compile ongoing reports of issues encountered on a daily basis
Meet with the department three times per week to review service issues
Inspect jobsites before installation and work with builder/customer to correct any issues before install begins
Do final walk-through with builder/customer or salesperson and coordinate service for any punch list items
Qualifications
Previous experience in flooring, installation, construction or carpentry residential homes or commercial building
Communication and customer service and organizational skills
Proficiency with use of mobile phones, tablets or desktop computer
Proficiency operating software like Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook Email and Outlook Calendar
Valid Driver's License with good standing
Read floor plans, blueprints and CAD drawings
High School diploma or equivalent
Able to multi-task and manage time efficiently out in the field
Work well independently and in a team setting
