Casa C - House of Transition is a 15-bed facility, where adults with serious mental illness, ages 18-59, can receive help in transitioning into the community with an 18-month maximum-stay.
Shifts Available:
Full Time; AM 8:00 am
5:00 pm varies as needed; Monday

Expected starting wage range is $66,560.00 - $72,376.46 Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Residential Program Manager coordinates the day-to-day functioning of the residence, ensures and/or provides direct services, and works with Clinical Director in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and designing services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
BA or BS Degree in a behavioral healthcare or related health related field
Two (2) years of direct service experience with psychiatric individuals in an inpatient, or outpatient, and/or residential setting
One year of supervisory experience required or supervisory training within 6 (six) months of employment
Current Adult Residential Facilities certification or obtain within 9 months of employment
A thorough understanding of DSS/CCL licensing regulations
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. Position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Demonstrates the Telecare mission, purpose, values, and beliefs in everyday language and contact with the internal and external stakeholders
Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care
Directly supervises and oversees service provision of all residence staff including scheduling, annual evaluations, disciplinary actions, and training new team members
Provides leadership to staff by role modeling
Establishes and maintains a therapeutic relationship with members served
Attends and participates in members served meetings and groups
Coordinates and provides members served treatment services for assigned members served, including:
o Developing a schedule of therapeutic activities with and for individual members served
o Coordinating and monitoring daily activities
o Coordinating members served special activities
Leads and co-leads therapeutic groups
Collaborates with Assistant House Coordinator regarding service development
Ensures that the documentation of all services is done according to standards
Participates in the development, review, and implementation of Service Plans
Coordinates all admission and discharge procedures with clinical director
Completes unusual/injury reports and forwards to Administrator/or designee in compliance with established policies and procedures
Notifies appropriate agencies of any known or observed incidents of members served abuse
Observes, records, and reports members served social, ADL and psychiatric behavior
Completes the service plan, including assessing the members served educational and vocational needs
Promotes and assists members served in developing self-help skills
Collects, monitors, and reports outcome data
Oversees program budget and completes budget reports as requested
Participates in the training, scheduling, evaluation, and discipline tracking of staff
Oversees proper use of transportation, mobile phones, and other such equipment
Actively participates and facilitates in team meetings and service planning meetings
Must assist with restraint of members served in the event of assaultive behavior and pass assault crisis/crisis prevention training
Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted and/or changed at the discretion of management.
Position requires transporting Members in program vehicle (acceptable driving record)
SKILLS
Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge/experience working with psychiatric and addiction disorders
Knowledge of management of assaultive behavior techniques
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel and lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or less as well as to frequently reach and do simple and power grasping. The position requires manual repetitions and dexterity and to occasionally drive.
