To excel as a Residential Program Director at Pathlight, you'll need a strong foundation in a professional discipline such as social sciences, human services, or business administration, typically equivalent to a Master's Degree. With 5 to 7 years of progressive learning experience, you should have a deep understanding of program development and management.

Proficiency in various computer systems and applications is essential for streamlining operations and communication. A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are necessary for overseeing multiple program locations. Your ability to navigate complex challenges with empathy and integrity, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, will be key to success in this dynamic role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Advanced knowledge of a professional discipline such as social sciences, human services, or business administration. Equivalent to a Masters Degree. Over 5 years and up to and including 7 years of progressive learning experience.

• Working knowledge of computer systems programs and applications.

• 18 years or older with High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license/acceptable driving record & reliable transportation

• 2 professional references

• Acceptable CORI
