• Comprehensive Project Management: Oversee all aspects of landscape architecture and design for high-end residential outdoor spaces, from concept through completion. This includes planning, design development, budgeting, construction documents, permit plans, revisions, change orders, and inspections.
• Sales Expertise: Utilize your sales skills to develop new business through client consultations, resulting in profitable contracts.
• Creative Design Development: Produce conceptual designs that meet or exceed client expectations, incorporating both hand-drawn and computer-generated graphics, detailed budgets, and compelling presentations.
• Site Surveying: Conduct site visits to ensure accurate surveys and project layouts.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project management to ensure designs are executed accurately and within budget, including ongoing site visits as needed.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction with design, construction, materials, and any necessary revisions.
• External Relations Management: Manage relationships with permit agencies, vendors, and suppliers.
• Collaborative Work Environment: Foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture focused on quality and results.
• Resource Optimization: Effectively utilize all resources, including drafting, modeling, and construction software, to maximize efficiency and quality.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in landscape design and sales, specifically in creating and selling high-quality custom outdoor environments for residential clients.
• Proficient knowledge of plant specifications, design principles, standard construction practices, budgeting, estimating, and relevant software (drafting/modeling/construction).
• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or landscape design, with a preference for candidates holding a Landscape Architecture license.
