This is a full-time position with some overtime. Plan and ensure tasks & schedules for estimated labor hours, complete service reports, following working orders outlined by supervisor, able to work independently or on a team- Installing Residential Heating & Air Conditioning equipment; Boilers & Hot Water Tanks, exhaust systems, Furnaces, RTU Installation of ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and/or gas piping Install for RTU's splits, mini-splits, duct fittings and duct required and wiring both indoor and outdoor equipment. Able to work independently or on a team Maintaining detailed inventory of equipment & resources Oversee an Apprentice Installer, ensure good customer service, and safety on site. Ensuring equipment is in compliance with standards & Safety Act Requirements Low voltage Electrical wiring Schematics & blueprint reading Lift & move 70 lbs Have hand tools 3 years Experience with equipment Installation, duct work, Sheet Metal, & piping (brazing, sweating the lines) Familiarity with sheet metal & able to perform equipment replacement Journeyman Installer welcomed but not required.
