Key Responsibilities

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll:

• Master the art of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential heating and air conditioning systems

• Guide customers to make informed, confident decisions

• Deliver an extraordinary customer experience that's off the charts

• Keep communication lines open with dispatch, managers, parts, and installation teams

• Maintain a spotless company truck, inside and out

• Stay on top of your truck inventory

• Fill out paperwork like a pro

• Rock a clean and professional appearance

• Keep your driving record squeaky clean

• Level up with training and professional development

• Get and maintain the proper certifications (we've got your back!)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential service experience under your belt

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• EPA Certified, NATE Certification is a bonus

• Must pass drug and background screens

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints like a boss

• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques

• Experience making repair and replacement decisions

• Stellar customer service skills

• Top-notch safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
