Residential Hvac Installers (Crew Leader And Helper)

Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: Install heating and cooling systems: residential furnaces, air conditioners, hot water heaters, boilers, etc.

Work hours are typically 7am - 4:30pm M-F. Overtime allowed if desired. Applicants must be able to solder, braze and cut and thread black iron pipe.

Applicants must be familiar with the power tools of the trade. Performs all work in accordance with established safety requirements, safety procedures and risk management policies, and reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner. Requirements: 1 years of related work experience for Helpers, 5 years experience for Crew Leaders.

HVAC Associate Degree or Certificate (preferred, not required) High School diploma, GED or equivalent is required. Ability to present self in a highly professional manner to others Honest and ethical Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect. Physical Requirements:

Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses. Significant walking or other means of mobility. Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $25-40 depending on experience Benefits: Up to a $1500 signing bonus.

Crew Leader receives a company vehicle. Paid health, dental, and eye insurance. After 90 days, you’ll receive one week paid vacation and can receive up to five weeks after various periods of time worked.
