We are seeking a dedicated Residential Home Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident living areas, assisting with daily activities, and providing support to residents as needed. PAY RATE: $16.75- $18.75 per hour on 2nd shift. 3 pm-11:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Maintain general cleanliness of resident living areas, including activity rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

• Stock supplies in designated areas and assist with mealtime set-up.

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as brushing their teeth and participating in designated programs and activities.

• Transport residents to and from designated areas, ensuring their safety and comfort.

• Document resident activities and progress as directed by the Unit Manager.

Qualifications:

• Ability to interact with residents and coworkers with respect and compassion.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
