Job Description: Respond to service calls in a timely fashion and demonstrate a courteous, and professional attitude dealing with residents. Diagnose and repair various residential electrical issues. Install electrical systems such as ceiling fans, lighting, GFCIs, exhaust fans, switches and receptacles. Repair and upgrade panels. Run wire, install junction boxes, etc. Read and comprehend work order details and home inspection reports including scope and material budgets.You’re a professional: You are clean, neat, and well-groomed in appearance and you understand that safety is paramount. You won’t work anywhere that is unsafe but you know safety is a two-way street, so you won’t do anything unsafe either.You’re a tech-savvy people-person: You love the puzzle and adventure of understanding and completing the technical challenges you’re posed with every day. At the same time, you’re comfortable talking to a homeowner and professionally educating them on what their options are.

1) Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

2) Must have your own equipment, tools, reliable transportation and be on-time

3) Must have a minimum 2 years of related work experience

4) Must be able to effectively communicate details to Project Managers
