Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential buildings
• Inspect existing electrical systems to identify and troubleshoot problems
• Collaborate with other trades such as carpenters and plumbers to complete projects
• Ensure that all electrical work meets local and state codes
• Keep tools and equipment in good working order
• Maintain documentation of work performed
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an apprentice program or equivalent experience
• Journeyman Electrician license
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and following safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
