Key Responsibilities: - Build strong and trusting relationships with homeowners through clear and respectful communication, establishing yourself as a reliable and professional electrician.

• Install, replace, and remodel residential electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures with precision and adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Ensure all tasks are completed correctly on the first attempt, maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship and ensuring a positive relationship with both homeowners and local inspectors.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to Electrical Apprentices, sharing the expertise and knowledge gained through years of field experience.

• Operate independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative and communicative team environment. Job Requirements Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of field experience in residential electrical installation and remodeling is required.

• A Journeyman"s or Master"s certification is a plus, and knowledge of residential electrical codes is essential.

• An associate degree from a technical school is beneficial but not required.

• A valid and insurable driver"s license is required to operate a company vehicle.

• Proficient in working with technology such as iPads and capable of composing professional emails to communicate effectively with customers.
