Residential Educators Full-time and part-time positions.
Variable shifts, Provide supervision of residents' habilitation programs structures therapeutic milieu within the residence, training in skills of daily living, monitors medication distribution, provides case management activities, facilitates community integration and participates in the provision of crisis care to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Human Services.
Related work experience and good driving record required.
Case Managers Full-time positions - Older Adults Program.
Keene.
Perform a wide variety of therapeutic supports, plans, coordinates, provides and monitors therapeutic, rehabilitative, support and community integration services for older adults with emotional difficulties to assist these individuals to integrate as fully as possible into the community.

Requirements: BA in psychology or related field.
Good driving record and reliable transportation required.
Clinical Case Manager Full-time position.
Older Adults Program.
Duties will include individual and group psychotherapy, bio-psychosocial assessments, and life-skills coaching in the client's community or home.
Qualifications: Master's Degree in a related human services field and eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire required.
Familiarity with substance abuse, DBT and cognitive-behavioral therapy is a plus.
Good driving record and reliable transportation required.
Recovery Assistant Full-time position.
Older Adults Program.
Provides community and home based supports to adult and elderly individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness.
Services are designed to help consumers follow their individual service plans, develop or improve life skills, manage symptoms and monitor their mental status and functioning.
The Recovery Assistant works in cooperation with the consumer's case manager and treatment team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field, and a minimum of one year of work related experience with individuals with disability or mental illness.
Good driving record and reliable transportation required.

The Clinical Educator is responsible for providing overall organization and coordination of education and Quality Improvement activities within the department. Collaborates with Director to maintain staff competencies and meet current AACN and other applicable practice standards. Develops staff education plans and coordinates appropriate education to meet plan, including but not limited to skills stations and simulations. Leads organizationally or contributes departmentally to needs associated with one or more of the following: Design, coordinate, facilitate and evaluate centralized Nursing Orientation. Develop, evaluate and adapt Internship-transition of graduate nurses to practice. Administrative responsibility for standards for continuing education activities that award approved Contact Hours. Facilitate trials, in-service and/or evaluation of new hospital products with leadership. Contribute to grant writing proposals as directed by leadership. Organizational Consultant related to: clinical best practice, nursing standards and guidelines, education and training methods, technologies, and trends, competency assessment, and NHBON. Monitors and communicates budgetary resource needs for programs and activities. Requirements: New Hampshire RN License required. Bachelors' degree in nursing or related field required with a minimum of 5 years of recent hospital experience in critical care. Ability to assess competency and practice issues; create an effective educational plan to meet the AACN Standard of Care. Must possess critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize needs rapidly. Recent experience in developing, teaching, and coordinating educational programs for adult learners preferred. Work history with quality measures, safety outcomes, program development, and process improvement highly preferred.
