Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and lifestyle to create personalized living spaces. Blueprint Creation: Generate precise and comprehensive blueprints, elevations, and renderings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) that meet all building codes and client specifications.

Material Selection and Specifications: Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of each home. Create detailed specifications and collaborate with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Project Collaboration: Work seamlessly with architects, engineers, construction managers, and interior designers to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution. Attend site visits and provide design support throughout the construction process.

Qualifications Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
