Job Description Residential Construction Superintendent One of my top clients, a highly recognized general contractor, is seeking experienced Commercial Construction Superintendents to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on commercial construction experience, specifically someone with diverse ground up commercial construction project expierence. As a Residential Construction Superintendent, your responsibilities will include: - Managing ground-up Residential construction projects

• Providing mentorship and leadership to the team

• Overseeing multiple trades and ensuring the completion of tasks

• Building strong relationships with coworkers, clients, and subcontractors

• Utilizing computer software programs and estimation metrics for project management

• Being self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented in problem-solving

• Travel may be required.
