Residential Construction Superintendent

If you are a Construction Superintendent with Custom/Production Home experience, please read on Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee all aspects of the construction process for residential properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient completion of residential construction projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee all phases of residential construction projects from start to finish Review and approve construction plans, budgets, and timelines Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements Manage and direct construction teams, including hiring and training personnel Monitor construction progress and adjust schedules as needed Maintain accurate records of construction progress, costs, and materials Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status and updates Qualifications: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Residential Construction Experience in both Production and Custom Home Construction In-depth knowledge of residential construction practices and procedures Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 Medical Vision Dental 401(K) Sick Leave Paid Holidays and Vacations Company Vehicle & Gas Card Performance Bonuses Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
