Who Are You?

You are a hard-working and ambitious Superintendent (Residential) with 2 to 5 years experience (as a Superintendent). You are an A-Player and a high achiever and most importantly you want to continue to advance in your career. You want to grow in your knowledge and experience and be rewarded financially for your hard work and contributions.

Position Overview:

You will take all the skills and knowledge you learned as a Superintendent and apply those as a Pronto Project Manager to lead the development of an entire territory of your own. You will work directly with homeowners and PROs to see projects through from inception to completion. Our Project Managers are hard-working, growth-driven, knowledgeable and financially successful (75% of former Superintendents earn $70K on the low end and $125K+ on the high end as a Pronto PM)

A few highlights include:

  • Meet on average 4-5 homeowners per day to plan/scope, schedule and manage their projects across a wide-range of project types
  • Daily Management of your team of PROs and active projects (on average 3-4 per day)
  • Grow and maintain a great team culture with your PROs
  • Cultivate a pipeline of new projects (on average 4-6 new project opportunities per day)
  • Build professional relationships with local suppliers

Responsibilities and Duties (Daily)

  • Meet 4-5 homeowners per day to provide an in-home project plan/scope and schedule projects
  • Use iPad to prepare project scope using Prontos technology platform
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries via phone, text, and email
  • Timely (same day) follow up with customers
  • Manage active projects (avg 2-4 at a given time)
  • Interview and Onboard new PROs to join your team (3-4 PROs per territory on average)

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience as a Superintendent (Residential)
  • You are hard-working, driven and motivated to grow (professionally and financially)
  • You are a leader and are ready to take the next step in your career
  • Have a car, phone and an iPad (before starting)
