Residential Construction Project Manager

Job Description Job Opportunity: Residential Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

If you have a passion for building high-quality homes and possess strong customer service skills, we want to hear from you Position: Residential Project Manager Experience: Minimum of 7 years as a Residential Project Manager (10 years preferred) Experience in building homes valued between $550k-$750k Familiarity with constructing homes sized 2,000-4,000 sqft.

Key Qualifications: Exceptional customer service skills; we prioritize repeat business within our community. Proficient in Code Construct or Builder Trend software.

Education is preferred but not required. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. Must be willing to strap on a tool belt and assist with small repairs when needed.
