• 5+ years of experience in residential construction estimating.

• Knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and permitting processes.

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions:

• Develop client proposals.

• Create and maintain detailed budgets for all assigned projects.

• Approve invoices and cost code for accounting.

• Accurately calculate project budgets and gross profits.

• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Initiate construction loans.

• Foster positive client relationships.
