Job Type : Full-time/Permanent Responsibilities : Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing residential construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Aid in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and propose solutions to mitigate them. Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements.

Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables. Requirements : Previous experience in residential construction or project management. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices.
