Pronto Home Repairs is a fast-growing home repair company that specializes in carpentry, handyman, drywall and minor electrical. We are looking for a Skilled Carpenter/Handyman to do home repairs in the Tampa/St.Petersburg area.

Pronto is a new type of home repair company. We are not a remodeler or general contractor. We specialize in small residential repairs in carpentry, drywall, electrical and handyman tasks.

We have developed our own technology to make home improvement and maintenance easy for all parties involved. The results speak for themselves:

Location: Tampa/St.Petersburg/Clearwater, FL

Pay: $50,000 - $80,000

Schedule: Mon - Fri (weekend work also available)

Typical Repairs:

  • Install doors ( Interior and exterior)
  • Repair door frame ( rot, water damage or break in)
  • Repair rot on window or siding
  • Repair deck boards, stairs, handrail and post
  • Repair fence, panels, posts and gates
  • Trim repair, baseboard and crown molding
  • Drywall repair ( patches holes on walls and ceilings)
  • Soffits and Fascias
  • Replace and Install Ceiling fan/light fixtures

Requirements

  • Strong carpentry experience
  • Ensure that all work has been completed in a safe, prompt, and professional manner
  • Must have own tools ( power drills, compressor, circular saw, nail gun, etc)
  • Must have a valid driver license
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must have own vehicle

About the Opportunity: The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing consistent, personalized service to our guests with the ultimate goal of achieving total guest satisfaction and creating a "WOW" experience. This position shall greet guests, sell and collect tickets, answer customer questions and provide outstanding guest service during the passenger's experience. About You: This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Remain true to and champion the Company's Core Values and Code of Conduct. * Safety First - Safety shall remain the highest priority at all times. Be an active advocate of, and participant in, the HMS Safety Culture. * Consider reliability and efficiency with regard to Company operations. * Monitor vessel and passengers to ensure safety during operation. * Participate in onboard training, meetings, routine drills, and safety audits. * Demonstrate practical knowledge of all phases of shipboard safety procedures and knowledge of location and use of all firefighting and safety equipment (i.e. fire extinguishers, life preservers, work vest). * Use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Handle and dispose of all chemicals and other types of hazardous or caustic materials in compliance with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) (as required). * Report safety related concerns. * Responsible for handling ticket fares, bank deposits, and balancing deposits/money bags; perform deposits within guidelines provided by General Manager. * Generate settlement and recap reports as required. * Create "WOW" experiences by delighting guests with personalized and knowledgeable service. * Meet "standards for service" behaviors. * Use recovery steps to respond to others who are dissatisfied. * Make hospitality standards an important part of day-to-day duties. * Be an example of Service Excellence for others; sets example for values during times when there is conflict and stress. * Solicits feedback; takes action to continuously improve. * Present professional level of customer service and appearance to all clients, both internal and external. * Serve as primary Company representative to passengers aboard vessel while underway and ashore * Anticipate guest needs and questions and proactively respond; aim to exceed expectations. * Assist in boarding and disembarking of passengers including maintenance of passenger counts, ticket sales, as well as respond to questions from the public. * Assist with getting vessel underway: mooring, anchoring, and handling lines, ship's ramps, and shore side facilities, as requested. * Collect and sell tickets, using credit card system and cash sales. * Ensure ticket authenticity and maintain required documentation for tolls collected and tickets sold. * Guarantee cash and credit card authenticity by utilizing available means, i.e. fraud detection pen. * Report pedestrian counts to the Captain or General Manager as directed. * Perform assigned tasks within legal requirements of U.S. Coast Guard and other regulatory agencies, as applicable. * Maintain a clean work area. * Understand the Employee Handbook and adhere to policies. * Maintain Crew Qualification binder. * Understand and comply with the Safety Management System (SMS). * Understand and comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Collaborate with other HMS personnel to remain attentive to regulatory requirements and alert to regulatory changes. * Additional job duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications: * HS Diploma or equivalent * Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) - if applicable, and/or ability to obtain and maintain * Valid First Aid/CPR Certification, and/or ability to obtain and maintain * Valid Driver's License * Copy of DD214, if Veteran status * Possess a passion for service * Must have pleasant and energetic demeanor * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Basic Computer skills; experience with MS Office preferred * Proven track record of working successfully in a team environment * Ability to work with a sense of urgency and efficiency * Must be detail-oriented and organized * Ability to work in fast-paced, quickly-changing environment * Must be willing to accept changes of direction in work and priorities with a positive attitude * Must be a proactive thinker and constantly think ahead to better serve our customers, both internal and external * Minimum one-year customer service experience * Minimum two years' experience with a cash handling, retail position or related accounting/cash reconciliation experience. * Must be at least 18 years of age.
