Residential Carpenter

Job Description Carpenter Experience Required: 3 years of experience in general construction/carpentry, particularly in custom home building. Responsibilities: Diverse role covering sales, customer service, contract negotiation, and hands-on work.

Installation of doors and leading installation teams. Scheduling and coordinating project activities. Acting as the right-hand person to management.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in general residential framing/carpentry. Self-confident and assured with a positive attitude. Demonstrates exceptional communication skills.

Exudes professionalism and maintains a clean-cut appearance. Strong work ethic, consistently going the extra mile. Customer-focused and capable of handling diverse situations.
