We are currently seeking an Administrator for two of our Residential Care facilities: Alzheimer's Care Center & Inn at City Hall. The Residential Care Administrator directs the facilities' activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the organization.
This is a full time, exempt position with a Monday through Friday, days schedule, with occasional evenings & weekends when needed.

Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including resident care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Maine State Licensure as Multi-Level Long Term Care Facility Administrator (MLTCFA) or Residential Care Administrator (RCA) required (internal candidates can be considered without license)
Ability to use strong managerial skills to successfully manage staff
Ability to build successful relationships with residents and their families
