Monday-Friday Rotating on-call hours for emergency tasks Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: $20-25/hr based on knowledge and experience Maintenance Technician Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC HVAC Experience not required but preferred Providing excellent customer service by addressing resident requests and concerns promptly.
