Please note that housing is not provided for this role. Responsibilities: Greet residents and visitors and assist with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer phone calls and respond to resident requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor the community and report any maintenance or safety issues to the Property Manager. Ensure that all communal areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators, are clean and well-maintained.

Enforce community rules and regulations and report any violations to the Property Manager. Assist in conducting tours Qualifications: Interest in Property Management / Real Estate Industry Strong customer service and time management skills Knowledge of Excel and other relevant documentation and tracking tools Ability to conduct tours within the USC Region apartments as needed.
