Resident Service Coordinator - Full-Time 1St Shift

Position Summary

Provide the day-to-day cares of the residents in accordance with established company policies and procedures, standards, job descriptions, and guidelines; and current federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the campus and as directed by the supervisor by performing the following duties.

Education, Licensure, & Experience

• Be a minimum of at least 18 years of age.

• Successful completion of a state approved Medication Aide course and certified by the appropriate state.

• Valid and current CPR and first aid certification or ability to obtain a certification.

• Experience preferred, but not required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration.

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) including, but not limited to, showering/bathing, basic apartment cleaning, laundry, and nail filling/trimming

• Support residents with companion services including, but not limited to, running errands, online grocery ordering, decorating, and general tidying

• Ensure resident rooms and living and working areas are clean, neat, and meet the needs of the resident.

• Create and manage visiting schedule for Independence Plus residents.

• Document all entries accurately and completely regarding daily cares on flow sheet notes, charts, etc.
