Resident On-Site Manager

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an "experienced" Resident /Apartment On-Site Manager to become a part of our team You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions for a 24 Unit, 3 Story Apartment Building located in Venice, CA. Only experienced Resident/Apartment Managers with at least 3 years current or recent experience need apply for this position. Candidates with no experience as a Resident/Apartment Manager need not apply for this position. Please Note: This position is not for an Asset Manager or Property Manager. This position requires, by law, that the Resident/Apartment Manager live on the premises. A lease agreement is required between the Resident/Apartment Manager(s) as "Tenant(s)" and the Landlord. A 1 year Lease Agreement is required. Responsibilities: Attention to details Oversee and coordinate all matters pertaining to the building(s) Attract and educate new tenants Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Update and improve properties to increase return on investment Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Supervise and train property staff Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations Qualifications: At least 3 years previous experience specifically in property management or resident/apartment management Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer skills: MS Word, Excel
