ABOUT YOU:

We will look to you to promote our CHIEF core values of compassion, humility, integrity, excellence and fun. The Resident Care Partner is responsible for all activities of daily living (ADLs) for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality resident care as indicated on the care plan

  • Promote residents' independence

  • Provide assistance with housekeeping and laundry

  • Medication administration depending on state regulations

  • Participate in community's Life Enrichment Activities, events and outings, while encouraging residents to attend

  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Experienced Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) per state requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed

  • The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Ability to work harmoniously with other employees and develop/maintain good employee relations and employee morale

Division: ITSS Location: Michigan City, IN Status: Regular, Full time Summary: HitachiAmerica, Ltd. (www.hitachi-america.us) is looking for a Desktop Systems Specialist to work in our IT Group. As part of the Customer Care team within Hitachi America's (www.hitachi-america.us) ITSSDivision, this role will be responsible for performing day-to-day operations ofa Client Support team for ITSS customers. Client support includes a wide rangeof services including desktop support, service desk, PC data backup, hardwareand software break-fix. The individual in this role will act as part of ageographically distributed technical team of IT support personnel comprised ofemployees and contractors. The DesktopSpecialist will set operational priorities along with the entire team and implementinitiatives to provide high quality support to the customers. As part of thisrole, the specialist will be closely monitoring the team ticket queue, drivingissue resolution, and for ensuring successful achievement of goals. The rolewill also include working with vendors, partners and customer groups toidentify and remediate defects in products/services. Responsibilities: * Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for networkinfrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware. * Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations,servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment. * Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security forthe desktop/laptop environment. * Communicates highly technical information to both technical andnontechnical personnel. * Recommends hardware and software solutions, including newacquisitions and upgrades. * Participate in or lead development of information technology andinfrastructure projects, and help deploy solutions to customers. * Conduct training programs designed to educate an organization'scomputer users about basic and specialized applications. * Participate in the development, deployment of Client-Servicessolutions/services to companies in the Hitachi Group. * Provide support to Executives and VIP and demonstrate capabilityto responsibly deal with sensitive or confidential information. * Manage or use solutions for Windows Patching (WSUS), AssetManagement (SCCM) to ensure HAL client environment is managed effectively. * Perform 1st line Service Desk function that involvesreceiving and processing requests from customers via telephone, email,web/online submissions.
